Abioye Francis is a renowned Wildlife Advocate in Nigeria. He had his first degree in Wildlife and Forestry Management from University of Agriculture Abeokuta Ogun State Nigeria, with Masters degree in Biodiversity Conservation and Ecotourism Management from University of Ibadan and Ph.D in view in University of Ibadan.

He has trained thousands of people on the domestication of various indigenous wildlife species such as Snail, Grasscutter, Ostrich, Bee keeping (Honey production), and Crocodile farming etc.

He is deeply committed to youth empowerment programmes through the development of our indigenous technology.

A Result Driven Consultant

He is a Consultant and trainer with Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Fadama Project, Global Environmental Facility (GEF), Rivers State Government, etc.

He is involved in the establishment and management of many farms in Eastern Nigeria, and has rehabilitated some distressed commercial farms in Nigeria.

A Visionary and Fearless Leader

Abioye is the President of Nigerian Association of Zoological Gardens and Wildlife Parks (NAZAP). He is the founder of Tropical Wildlife Domestication Centre. He also served as an adjunct lecturer at Imo State Polytechnic Umuagwo, formerly Michael Okpara College of Agriculture and Technology.

Abioye has been serving as the General Manager/Conservation Officer of Imo State Zoo and Wildlife Park, Imo State Ministry of Environment Nekede, Old Road. He courageously led the advocacy for the protection and preservation of the Imo State Wildlife Facility, which is currently the only surviving Zoo and Wildlife Park in the South East of Nigeria. Imo State Zoo and Wildlife Park has undergone significant transformation under his management.

He is a speaker at local and international conferences, workshops and seminars. He has some Publications on both local and International Conferences and workshops to his credit.
